Red Dead Redemption 3 is a GTA-like game in the far west, and we already know how much time a Grand Theft Auto development can take, as we’ve been waiting for GTA6 for 9 years now and still have no information about a release date !
Rockstar confirmed the development
If Rockstar confirmed the development of the game, the communication about it is still very shy and it is quite understandable when we think about the chaotic development of RDR2. Keep in mind that the employees were over sollicitated and that a huge bad buzz came from this stressful period, before the launch of the game. So, rockstar seems to bet on a caution strategy to avoid this to happen again, and WE can bet that they won’t communicate too early on the release of the game to avoid being trapped and having to solicit the developers team again.
Rockstar takes its time and we can’t really complain about it, more time also means more work on the game and a better work on details, and we can only hope that it will be enough to correct some problems happening today with rdr2 (where the online is almost abandoned by Rockstar, causing gamers to roar them), or with GTA6 with infinite loading times and a bag management of the online servers.
